उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा संचालित यह एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है जिसके अंतर्गत राज्य के सभी लोगो को उनके परिवार को एक डिजिटल पहचान मिलेगा | आने वाले समय में यह सरकारी दस्तावेज के रूप में प्रयुक्त किया जा सकता है इसमे परिवार के सभी सदस्य जुड़े होंगे | इसमे ऐसे परिवारों को भी सम्मिलित किया जायेगा जिसके पहले से कोई राशन कार्ड न बना हो |
फैमिली आई०डी० - Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan के लाभ
1.परिवार आई०डी० के अंतर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश के राज के सभी लोगो के परिवार को एक डिजिटल पहचान मिलेगा |
2.परिवार के सदस्यों को जाब की अवसर मिलेगा |
३.किसी भी योजना/सेवा के लाभ लेने के लिए Family Id का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है |
४.ऐसे परिवार जिनका राशन कार्ड नहीं बना है वे भी अपना फॅमिली आई०डी० कार्ड बनवा सकतें है |
५. इस कार्ड की मदद से परिवार रजिस्टर की नक़ल हेतु भी आवेदन किया जा सकता है |
6.परिवार के सभी सदस्यों की सटीक जानकारी इस कार्ड के माध्यम से ज्ञात की जा सकती है |
Family ID के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें :-
1.सर्वप्रथम आपको उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा |
2. New Family ID Registration पर क्लिक करने के पश्चात मोबाइल नं पंजीकृत कर आगे की आवेदन की कार्यवाही की जा सकती है |
3.Registration हो जाने के पश्चात आपको Sign in के क्लिक करने होगा तथा आगे की प्रोसेस को फॉलो करना होगा |
4.परिवार की सभी लोगो की आधार विवरण भरें तथा फॉर्म को सबमिट करें |
5.एक बार फॉर्म सबमिट हो जाने के पश्चात ग्राम स्तरीय या नगरीय अधिकारी के पास आपके आवेदन सबमिट हो जायेगा |
6.सम्बंधित अधिकारी आपके द्वारा सबमिट फैमिली आई०डी० की सत्यापन करेगा |
7.सत्यापन में जानकारी सही पाए जाने पर आपका Family id बनकर तैयार हो जायेगा जिसे आप Sign in प्राप्त कर सकतें है |
उत्तर प्रदेश फैमिली आई०डी० बनवाने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज :-
1.आवेदक के पास एक सक्रीय मोबाइल नं होना चाहिए |
2. आवेदक व उसके परिवार के सदस्यों की आधार नं मोबाइल नं से लिंक होना चाहिए |
3.सभी सदस्यों की आधार कार्ड होना चाहिए |
Family Id - बनवातें समय अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न :-
प्रश्न 1.मेरे किसी एक सदस्य का आधार कार्ड नही बना है क्या मै Family ID के लिए आवेदन कर सकता हु ?
उत्तर :- जी हाँ , जिस भी सदस्य का आधार नही बना है उसे बाद में भी फैमिली आई०डी० कार्ड में जोड़ा जा सकता है |
प्रश्न 2.मेरा मोबाइल नं आधार कार्ड से लिंक नही है | क्या मैं फैमिली आई०डी० उत्तर प्रदेश हेतु आवेदन कर सकता हु ?
उत्तर :- जी नही , आवेदन हेतु मोबाइल नं आधार से लिंक होना चाहिए |
प्रश्न 3.मेरे बच्चे को फैमिली आई०डी० में जुडवाना है कैसे हो सकता है ?
उत्तर :- सर्वप्रथम आपको आपके बच्चे का आधार होना अनिवार्य है तत्पश्चात आपको पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं से Sign in कर के परिवार के सदस्य को जोड़ सकतें है |
प्रश्न 4.उत्तर प्रदेश एक परिवार एक पहचान कार्ड से क्या लाभ हो सकतें है ?
उत्तर :- यह एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्ड है जिसकी मदद से परिवार को एक डिजिटल आई०डी० प्रदान करता है तथा सरकार द्वारा संचालित लाभकारी योजनाओ में इसका उपयोग किया जायेगा |
प्रश्न 5. मेरे पास राशन कार्ड है क्या मुझे भी परिवार कार्ड बनवाना चाहिए ?
उत्तर :- जी हां , उत्तर प्रदेश के अंतर्गत आने वाले समस्त परिवार के लोगों को यह कार्ड बनवाना चाहिये |
